All FGC products are print-on-demand — made fresh for you after you place your order. This means every piece is produced specifically for you, ensuring quality and uniqueness. Please allow time for both production and shipping.
Every order goes through a production process before it ships. Our fulfillment partner (Printful) typically produces your item within 2–7 business days. During peak periods (holidays, new drops) production may take slightly longer. We'll notify you when your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete. International orders may be subject to customs delays outside our control.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rate. We have no control over customs processing times.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue — including a replacement or refund where applicable.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be reshipped at our cost. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately — we may be able to correct it before production begins.
